At Brandkraft Designs, we specialize in creating custom products printed to your specifications. Each product offers a customizable area where you can add logos, images, text, or a combination of these. To ensure we meet your needs efficiently, please follow the steps outlined below:

Option 1: Shop Directly Online

1. Visit our website at brandkraftdesigns.co.za.

2. Select your desired products and proceed to checkout.

3. Pay via the indicated payment options (EFT or card) and ensure you specify the design details (logo, text, image) for each product ordered.

4. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed!

Option 2: Request a Formal Quotation

1. Browse our products online or view our price list, then choose the items you wish to order.

2. Send an inquiry via email, WhatsApp, or the inquiry form on our website, specifying the quantities needed. We will provide a formal quotation.

3. Once you’re satisfied with the quote, proceed with payment and send us proof of payment. Please use the quotation/invoice number as your payment reference. Note: We currently only accept EFT —cash payments are not accepted.

4. Important: Please send us high-resolution logos, images, or artwork for printing. The quality of the print depends on the quality of the files provided, so be sure to specify which design goes on which product.

While we aim to deliver the best possible results based on the artwork you provide, please note that we cannot guarantee exact colour matching due to various factors that may affect the final print. For high-value items, we will send a draft design for your approval before proceeding with the print.

Important Information:

• Some products may be out of stock when you place your order. We’ll notify you immediately if this is the case.

• Our turnaround time is one of the fastest in the industry, and it will be clearly stated on your quotation or invoice.
